部长级法规草案要求车辆在发生侧向碰撞时符合车辆乘员保护标准（TIS 2399-256X（202X））。
本标准适用于M1和N1类车辆乘客舱结构的横向碰撞行为，当车辆处于与第2.10.段中定义的基准质量相对应的条件下，最低座椅的“R”点离地面不超过700 mm。
M1和N1类车辆的定义见TISI 2390。

The draft Ministerial Regulation mandates vehicles to conform with the standard for Vehicles with regard to the Protection of the Occupants in the Event of a Lateral Collision (TIS 2399-256X(202X)).
This standard applies to the lateral collision behaviour of the structure of the passenger compartment of M11 and N11 categories of vehicles where the "R" point of the lowest seat is not more than 700 mm from ground level when the vehicle is in the condition corresponding to the reference mass defined in paragraph 2.10. of this standard.
1Vehicles of category M1 and N1 are as defined in TISI 2390.
