通过本补遗，厄瓜多尔生产、外贸、投资和渔业部副部长根据第MPCEIP-SC-2021-0008-R号决议，发布了厄瓜多尔第051号技术法规RTE INEN第051号“家用压力锅”第二次修订（2R），第二次修订将于2021年7月20日生效。

Household pressure cookers

By means of this Addendum No. 1, the Republic of Ecuador advises that the second revision (2R) of Ecuadorian Technical Regulation RTE INEN No. 051 "Household pressure cookers" has been issued pursuant to Resolution No. MPCEIP-SC-2021-0008-R of 20 January 2021 by the Subsecretaría de Calidad (Under-Secretariat for Quality) of the Ministerio de Producción, Comercio Exterior, Inversiones y Pesca (Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment and Fisheries). This second revision will enter into force on 20 July 2021.
