本附录旨在告知，国家计量、质量和技术研究所（Inmetro）于2020年7月2日发布了第239号法令，修订了Inmetro第236号法令，该法令于2020年6月30日发布，之前已根据G/TBT/N/BRA/927通知，批准用于运输货物和危险产品的道路车辆的牵引座联结器合格评定要求。
本条例自其在巴西政府公报上公布之日起生效。

This addendum aims to inform that National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology – Inmetro, issued that Ordinance no. 239, 2 July 2020, amending Inmetro Ordinance 236, 30 June 2020, previously notified under G/TBT/N/BRA/927, which approves fifth wheel couplings conformity assessment requirements used in a road vehicle for the transportation of cargo and dangerous products.
This Ordinance enters into force on the date of its publication on the Brazilian Official Gazette.
