WTO.越南通报关于修改和补充工业和贸易部国家管理的有关企业投资条件的若干法令

1. 对《政府关于汽车制造、组装、进口和汽车保修、维修服务贸易要求的第116/2017/N?-CP号法令》第6条规定的进口未使用汽车的技术安全和环境保护保证条例进行如下修改：
-进口未使用汽车的质量管理办法如下：
+对于采用车型认证管理的国家生产的进口汽车，质量管理部门应根据代表性样品的技术安全环保检测结果和制造过程中的质量保证情况评价结果，对车型进行评价；
+对实行自行申报管理的国家生产的进口汽车，质量管理部门应当根据代表性样品的技术安全和环保检测结果和市场抽样检验结果，对车型进行评价；
-最高评价频率为36个月。
2. 越南运输部应根据现行产品和货物质量立法和上述法令，对国内组装汽车和进口汽车的技术安全和环境保护进行详细的检查和指导。

1.Amend regulation on ensuring technical safety and environment protection for imported unused automobiles specified in Article 6 Decree 116/2017/N?-CP of the Government on requirements for manufacturing, assembly and import of automobiles and trade in automobile warranty and maintenance services as follows:
"-Quality of imported unused automobiles is managed by the following methods:
+For imported automobiles manufactured by countries where management by vehicle type approval is applied, the quality management authority shall evaluate the vehicle type based on technical safety and environment protection testing and inspection results of representative samples and quality ensuring conditions evaluation results in manufacturing facility;
+For imported automobiles manufactured by countries where management by self-declaration is applied, the quality management authority shall evaluate the vehicle type based on technical safety and environment protection testing and inspection results of representative samples and inspection of samples taken on the market;
-Maximum type evaluation frequency is 36 months."
2.Viet Nam Ministry of Transport shall be responsible for detailing and guiding the inspection of technical safety and environment protection for domestically manufactured and assembled automobiles and imported automobiles in accordance with existing legislation on products and goods quality and above-mentioned Decree.
