WTO.瑞士通报系列生产装置、车辆及器具能效要求条例修订草案

本条例载有与大量生产的器具及装置的能源效益有关的所有规定。公告的条例草案将订定制冷器具、家用洗衣机、家用洗衣烘干机、家用洗碗机、电子显示屏、具有直销功能的制冷器具、光源及独立控制装置的最低能源效益及标签规定。它将为外部电源、电动机、变速驱动器、变压器、空气加热产品、冷却产品、高温过程冷却器和风机盘管、服务器和数据存储产品以及焊接设备设定最低能源性能要求。至于吸尘器，能源标签规定将会取消。不符合这些要求的产品将不允许在瑞士市场上销售。
覆盖的产品：制冷设备，家用洗衣机，家庭双缸洗衣机，家用洗碗机，真空吸尘器，光源和独立的控制装置，电子显示器，具有直销功能的制冷设备，外部电源，电动机和变速驱动器，变压器，焊接设备，服务器和数据储存产品，空气加热产品、冷却产品、高温过程冷却器和风机盘管。

This ordinance contains all requirements related to the energy efficiency of mass-produced appliances and installations. The notified draft ordinance will set out minimum energy performance and labelling requirements for refrigerating appliances, household washing machines, household washer-dryers, household dishwashers, electronic displays, refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function, light sources and separate control gears. It will set out minimum energy performance requirements for external power supplies, electric motors, variable speed drives, transformers, air heating products, cooling products, high temperature process chillers and fan coil units, servers and data storage products and welding equipment. For vacuum cleaners, the energy labelling requirement will be withdrawn. Products not meeting these requirements will not be allowed to be placed on the Swiss market.
