本文件旨在通知国家计量、质量和技术研究所INMETRO于2019年8月15日在《巴西官方期刊》第I部分第164页第45/46页发布的第389号条例。该条例规定了安全技术要求，以防止运输设备发生事故：车辆转移座椅-VTS和车辆转移设备-VTD，并制定了标准和程序，以评估具有道路特性的M3类车辆的可达性参数的符合性。乘客运输用集成电路。合格评定机制为第三方认证。

撤销如下条款：第269/2015号条例第5条；第151/2016号条例第10条和第条例205/2017第4号，自公布之日起12个月内。

This document aims to inform that the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology / Inmetro issued, on 15 August 2019, Ordinance 389, published, on 26 August 2019, in the Official Journal of Brazil, part I, 164, page 45/46. The Ordinance lays down safety technical requirements to prevent accidents for transfer devices: Vehicle Transfer Seat - VTS and Vehicle Transfer Device - VTD, establishing criteria and procedures to assess the conformity of accessibility parameters in M3 category of vehicles with road characteristics for the transport of passengers. The conformity assessment mechanism is third-party certification.

It revokes art. 5o of Ordinance 269/2015; art. 10, of Ordinance 151/2016 and art. 4o  of Ordinance 205/2017, within 12 months from the date of publication.
