WTO. 巴西通报新型汽车轮胎技术法规的补遗

国家计量、质量和技术研究所（INMetro）于2019年8月21日发布了第398号法令，批准对新汽车轮胎的技术法规进行调整，同时考虑到延伸机动性轮胎（自承式轮胎（SST）（项目3.2 ISO 1699）的技术创新2:2018）和（延伸移动轮胎（EMT）（项目3.3 ISO 16992:2018，以及之前在INMetro 165/2008条例中规定的测试充分性的必要性：

改写2008年5月30日INMetro第165号法令第2项、第5.1.8子项、第6.2.1.2子项和第6.2.3.2子项。

改写2008年5月30日INMetro第165号法令附件2第3项。

包括2008年5月30日INMetro第165号法令第6.2.5和6.2.6子项。

自提议文本公布之日起，开放60（六十）天征求意见，并保留第165/2019号法令中所述的其他规定。

The National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (Inmetro), issued Ordinance 398, 21 August 2019, approving adjustments to the Technical Regulation for new automotive tires, considering the technological innovation of extended mobility tires (Self Supporting Tyre (SST) (item 3.2 ISO 16992:2018)) and (Extended Mobility Tire (EMT) (Item 3.3 ISO 16992:2018 and, the need to tests adequacy previously provided in Inmetro Ordinance 165/2008:

Rewords item 2; sub-items 5.1.8; 6.2.1.2; and 6.2.3.2 of Inmetro Ordinance 165, 30 May 2008.

Rewords item 3 of attachment 2 of Inmetro Ordinance 165, 30 May 2008.

Includes sub-items 6.2.5 and 6.2.6 in Inmetro Ordinance 165, 30 May 2008.

Opens a period of 60 (sixty) days for comments on the proposed texts, as of the date of it publication, and maintains other provisions described in Ordinance 165/2019.
