 WTO.欧盟通报欧委会授权欧盟议会和理事会第2019/2144号法规（EU）的补充法规草案，制定了有关机动车酒精联锁装置便利化的详细规则，并修订了该法规的附件二和欧洲议会和理事会第2018/858号法规（EU）的附件二理事会

这项倡议的目的是通过要求车辆制造商提供一份安装文件，向将酒精联锁装置安装到某一车型上的技术人员提供必要的细节，从而制定条款，以便于在售后市场安装酒精联锁装置。这些要求基于现有的欧洲标准（EN 50436）。

The objective of this initiative is to set out provisions with the view to facilitate the installation of alcohol interlocks in the aftermarket by requiring vehicle manufacturers to provide an installation document to give the necessary details to the technicians installing an alcohol interlock into a certain vehicle model. The requirements are based on the existing European standard (EN 50436).
