建议改进INMETRO（巴西国家认可机构）监管范围内的产品、投入和服务的注册标准和程序，并强制评估其合规性。产品注册以法律形式构成INMETRO授权的法案，须有合规证明，使用合规标识标签，营销产品或投入或提供服务。

Proposes improvements in the criteria and procedures for the registration of products, inputs and services under Inmetro's regulatory scope and which compliance is compulsorily assessed. The registration of products constitutes, in the form of the Law, the act by which Inmetro 

authorizes, subject to the existence of a Certificate of Compliance, the use of the Compliance Identification Label and the marketing of the product or input or the provision of the service.（技术服务中心）
