WTO.以色列通报SI 448第1部分-消防栓：防火阀

本通报为强制性标准SI 448第1部分关于防火阀的第一次修订。修改如下：
增加对第1.2段的新提及；
删除第2.4段中关于材料的脚注（7）；
删除段落2.5.1中有关法兰盘的脚注（8），并要求消防栓法兰盘应符合以色列标准SI 60第2部分。
这项新的修正案草案将在以色列官方公报公布2年后生效。在此期间，旧标准和标准及其修正案均适用。这将允许在2年过渡期内使用符合澳大利亚标准AS 2129的法兰盘。

First amendment to the Mandatory Standard SI 448 part 1 dealing with fire valve. This amendment changes the following:
?Adds a new reference to paragraph 1.2;
?Deletes footnote (7) from paragraph 2.4 dealing with the materials;
?Deletes footnote (8) from paragraph 2.5.1 dealing with flanges and require that the fire hydrant flanges shall comply with Israel Standard SI 60 part 2.
This new draft amendment will enter into force 2 years after publication in Israel Official Gazette. During this time both the old standard and the standard together with the amendment will apply. This will allow the use of flanges complying with the Australian Standard AS 2129, to be used during the 2 years transitional period.（信息部）
