本附录旨在告知国家计量、质量和技术研究所（INMETRO）已发布第321号法令（2020年10月15日），该法令修订了2019年10月14日的第456号法令，该法令于2019年10月17日在巴西政府公报上发布，第01节，第46页，批准对摩托车和类似车辆驾驶员和乘客头盔合格评定要求的调整和澄清。
本条例自其在《联邦政府公报》上公布之日起生效。

This addendum aims to inform that the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology - INMETRO has issued the Ordinance 321, 15 October 2020, that amends Ordinance 456, 14 October 2019, published in the Brazilian Official Gazette in 17 October 2019, section 01, page 46, that approves the adjustments and clarifications to the Conformity Assessment Requirements for Helmets for Drivers and Passengers of Motorcycles and Similar.
This Ordinance takes effect on the date of its publication in the Federal Official Gazette
