WTO.中国台湾、澎湖、金门及马祖个别关税领域通报关于修改车辆儿童约束制度法律检查要求的建议

根据《商品检验法》，根据标准、计量和检验局（BSMI）管理的产品安全系统，车辆儿童约束系统必须接受强制性检查。BSMI提议采用修订后的CNS 11497"车辆儿童约束系统"（2019年）作为新的测试和检验标准，以取代2010年发布的现行版本。新愿景中包含的修订主要涉及标签，例如以中文标注并包含在用户手册中的信息、安全气囊警告等。合格评定程序保持不变，即产品认证注册 （RPC） 计划。

Child restraint system for vehicles are subject to mandatory inspection under the product safety system administered by the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI) in accordance with the Commodity Inspection Act. The BSMI is proposing to adopt the revised CNS 11497 "Children restraint system for vehicles" (2019) as the new testing and inspection standard, to replace the current version published in 2010. Revisions included in the new vision mainly concern labelling, such as information to be labelled in Chinese and included in the user manual, warnings for airbags, etc. The conformity assessment procedure remains unchanged, i.e. Registration of Product Certification (RPC) Scheme.
