本附录涉及埃及标准ES 7823“电灯和灯具能效要求”草案的通知（38页，英文）。应注意的是，于2015年3月9日在G/TBT/N/EGY/76号文件中通知的第975/2014号部长令（2页，阿拉伯文）除其他外，授权使用本埃及标准的早期版本。值得一提的是，本标准草案在技术上与欧盟委员会第874/2012号法规和欧盟委员会第1194/2012号法规的修改相同。生产商和进口商可通过在政府公报上发布的行政命令随时了解埃及标准的任何修订。

This addendum concerns the notification of Draft of the Egyptian standard ES 7823 "energy efficiency requirements for electrical lamps and luminaries" (38 pages, in English).
It should be noted that the Ministerial Decree No. 975/2014 (2 pages, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/76 dated 9 March 2015 mandated among others the earlier version of this Egyptian Standard.
Worth mentioning is that this draft standard is technically identical with modification with the commission regulation (EU) No 874/2012 and the commission regulation (EU) No 1194/2012.
Producers and importers are kept informed of any amendments in the Egyptian standard through the publication of administrative orders in the official gazette.
