 WTO.阿根廷通报关于一般照明用发光二极管（LED）灯的性能和能效标识的决议草案

国内贸易秘书处（SCI）第156/2020号决议暂停执行SCI第795/2019号决议“一般照明服务用发光二极管（LED）灯的性能和能效标识”。这些决议载于G/TBT/N/ARG/373/Add.1和Add.2号文件。
通知的决议草案使SCI第795/2019号决议重新生效，修正案删除了中止决议的理由。
国家技术法规局有权在公布后确定通知措施附件中所述实施阶段的生效。执行局还可根据所追求的目标，就执行该措施所需的任何修正和澄清作出决定。

Secretariat of Domestic Trade (SCI) Resolution No. 156/2020 suspended the implementation of SCI Resolution No. 795/2019 on "performance and energy efficiency labelling of light-emitting diode (LED) lamps for general lighting services". These Resolutions were notified in documents G/TBT/N/ARG/373/Add.1 and Add.2.
The notified draft Resolution brings SCI Resolution No. 795/2019 back into effect, with amendments that remove the grounds for its suspension.
The National Technical Regulation Directorate is empowered to establish the entry into effect of the implementation phases described in the Annex to the measure notified, following its publication. The Directorate may also decide on any amendments and clarifications needed to implement the measure, in accordance with the objectives pursued.
