AGENCY: Federal Trade Commission

ACTION: Final rule

SUMMARY: The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC" or "Commission") issues amendments to update the comparability ranges and sample labels for central air conditioners in the Energy Labeling Rule ("Rule").

The amendments are effective on 1 January 2023.
