内容如下：
NBTCTS1001-2561取代了NTCTS1001-2553，规定了使用VHF/UHF语音通信的陆地移动业务的最低技术要求。修订是通过增加电气安全要求TISI1561-2556和IEC62368-1进行的，而无线电频率要求与本标准以前版本（NTCTS1001-2553）的一些细微更新保持一致。
