WTO.日本通报合理使用能源法案的补遗

根据内阁命令对《合理使用能源法》的修订于2020年1月24日公布。此外，2020年3月31日公布了对该法的部长级法令和经济产业省（METI）关于隔热建筑材料能效标准的通知的修订。这些修订于2020年4月1日生效。这些规定包括制造商应在其产品和目录上说明有关热损失预防性能的要求。硬质聚氨酯泡沫的指示要求应自2021年4月1日起适用。

Revision to the Cabinet Order under the Act on the Rational Use of Energy was published on 24 January 2020. In addition, revisions to the Ministerial Ordinance for the act and the Notifications of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) regarding energy efficiency standards of heat insulation building materials were published on 31 March 2020. These revisions entered into force on 1 April 2020. These regulations include requirements that manufacturers should indicate on their products and catalogues with regard to heat loss prevention performance. The indication requirement regarding rigid polyurethane foam shall be applied from 1 April 2021.（技术服务中心）
