越南谨通知世贸组织成员，在通知G/TBT/N/VNM/161中通知，该通知草案取代了日期为2019年7月9日的第05/2019/TT-BTTTT号通知，其中规定了由信息和通信部负责管理的具有不安全能力的产品和货物清单，已于2020年5月14日颁布，编号为11/2020/TT-BTTTT号通告。第11/2020/TT-BTTTT号通告自2020年7月1日起生效。

Draft Circular replacing the Circular No.05/2019/TT-BTTTT dated July 09th, 2019 specifying the List of products and goods with unsafe capability under management responsibility of Ministry of Information and Communications.
Viet Nam would like to inform the WTO Members that the draft Circular replacing the Circular No.05/2019/TT-BTTTT dated July 09th, 2019 specifying the List of products and goods with unsafe capability under management responsibility of Ministry of Information and Communications, which was notified in notification G/TBT/N/VNM/161, has been promulgated on 14 May 2020 and numbered Circular 11/2020/TT-BTTTT. The Circular 11/2020/TT-BTTTT shall enter into force from 1 July 2020.
