本公报适用于下列可由交流电源直接供电的产品，包括通过外部或内部电源供电的产品：
a） 台式计算机；
b） 综合台式计算机；
c） 笔记本电脑（包括平板电脑、平板电脑和移动瘦客户端）；
d） 桌面瘦客户端；
e） 工作站；
f） 移动工作站；
g） 小型服务器。
本公报不适用于下列产品类别：
a） 游戏机；
b） 扩展底座。

英文原文：
This Communique shall apply to the following products that can be powered directly from the mains alternating current (AC) including via an external or internal power supply:
a) desktop computers;
b) integrated desktop computers;
c) notebook computers (including tablet computers, slate computers and mobile thin clients);
d) desktop thin clients;
e) workstations;
f) mobile workstations;
g) small-scale servers.
This Communique shall not apply to the following product groups:
a) game consoles;
b) docking stations.
