Description of content: Notice is hereby given by the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada that the following has been published at http://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/smt-gst.nsf/eng/sf02134.html. Interference-Causing Equipment Standard, ICES-006, Issue 3, AC Wire Carrier Current Devices (Unintentional Radiators), which sets out limits and methods of measurement of radiated and conducted radio frequency emissions produced by AC wire carrier current devices classified as interference-causing equipment, as well as administrative requirements for such equipment.

2）瑞士通报关于联邦防止非电离辐射和声音危害法案的法令草案（O-NIRSA）G/TBT/N/CHE/232

内容如下：

越来越多的可能对人类健康和飞行员或机车司机构成危险的激光笔已经投放市场。为了避免危险眩光和可能对眼睛的直接伤害，只有1类激光笔允许投放市场。通报的法令草案禁止进口、过境、供应和拥有以下类型的激光笔： a.符合SNEN60825-1：20147“激光产品安全-第1部分：设备分类和要求”类型1M、2、2M、3R、3B和4的激光笔; b.没有或未正确标明激光类型的激光笔; c.用于聚焦激光笔发出的激光的任何配件。

Description of content: An increasing number of laser pointers has been placed on the market that pose a danger to human health and to pilots or locomotive drivers. In order to avoid both dangerous glare and direct eye damage in the future, only class 1 lasers pointers will be allowed to be placed on the market.

The notified draft ordinance prohibits therefore the import, transit, supply and possession of the following laser pointers:

a. Class 1M, 2, 2M, 3R, 3B and 4 laser pointers in accordance with SN EN 60825-1:20147, "Safety of laser products - Part 1: Equipment classification and requirements";

b. laser pointers which are not, or not correctly, labelled with a laser class;

c. any accessories which focus the laser radiation emitted by laser pointers.

This legislation contains a national metrological regulation for the type approval and verification of the measuring instruments in question.

Description of content: Pure-tone audiometers are placed on the market in the Czech Republic pursuant to Council Directive 93/42/EEC of 14 June 1993 concerning medical devices, as amended by Directive 98/79/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 1998, Directive 2000/70/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 November 2000, Directive 2001/104/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 December 2001, Regulation (EC) No 1882/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 September 2003, and Directive 2007/47/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 September 2007.Once they have been put into use, they become subject to national metrology regulation - verification at specified intervals. This notified legislation only applies to the verification of measuring instruments that have already been put into use. It does not concern placing them on the market or putting them into use

This regulation also stipulates tests for type approval and verification.

The purpose of this notified regulation is to lay down metrological and technical requirements for these measuring instruments. This regulation also stipulates tests for type approval and verification. This regulation does not cover measuring instruments placed on the market and into operation pursuant to Directive 2014/32/EU (MID).
