WTO.以色列通报SI 900第2.11部分-家用和类似用途电器安全：滚筒烘干机的特殊要求

现行标准SI 900第2.11部分，滚筒烘干机的技术要求为强制规定。本声明符合保护人类安全的强制性标准化目标。本标准采用国际标准IEC 60335-2-11第7.1版：2012-10和修改版2:2015-11。标准的希伯来语部分包括以下内容：
1.修改了对国际标准IEC 60335-1的引用，改为适用以色列强制性标准SI 900第1部分（通用国家备注）；
2.修改规范性引用文件（第二款）；
3.在新的7.201-7.205小节中增加了希伯来语国家标记要求；
4.在新的10.201小节中增加了新的国家能耗试验要求；
5.在新的10.201.1-10.202.2小节中增加了国家对不同类型滚筒式烘干机能效的新要求；
6.新增关于额定值的第201段，并适用以色列强制性标准SI 900第1部分（如适用）；
7.新增关于电磁兼容性的第202段，并适用以色列强制性标准SI 900第1部分（如适用）；
8. 新增关于噪声级的第203段，适用于以色列强制性标准SI 900第1部分（如适用）；
9.新增第204段，处理待机模式下的功耗。

The requirements of the existing standard, SI 900 part 2.11, dealing with tumble dryers, shall be declared mandatory. This declaration is inline with the mandatory standardization objective to protect human safety.
This standard adopts the International Standard IEC 60335-2-11- Edition 7.1: 2012-10 and Amendment 2: 2015-11. The standard's Hebrew section includes the following national deviations:
1.Changes the references to the International Standard IEC 60335-1 and applies instead Israel's Mandatory Standard SI 900 part 1 (General national remark);
2.Changes the normative references (paragraph 2);
3.Adds new national marking requirements in Hebrew detailed in the new sub-sections 7.201-7.205;
4.Adds a new national requirement for energy consumption test detailed in the new sub-section 10.201;
5.Adds a new national requirement for energy efficiency of different types of tumble dryers detailed in the new sub-sections 10.201.1-10.202.2;
6.Adds a new paragraph 201 dealing with rated values and applies Israel's Mandatory Standard SI 900 part 1, where applicable;
7.Adds a new paragraph 202 dealing with EMC and applies Israel's Mandatory Standard SI 900 part 1, where applicable;
8.Adds a new paragraph 203 dealing with the noise level and applies instead Israel's Mandatory Standard SI 900 part 1, where applicable;
9.Adds a new paragraph 204 dealing with the power consumption in standby mode. （技术服务中心）
