 WTO.美国通报节能计划：步入式冷却器和步入式冷冻机的试验程序

美国能源部（“DOE”）建议修订步入式冷冻机的试验程序，以解决影响热气体除霜装置冷却器（“热气除霜装置冷却器”）的问题。美国能源部建议修改目前关于热气装置冷却器的试验程序，以符合工业标准的更新，该标准通过引用纳入了能源部的步入式冷冻机制冷系统试验程序。鉴于即将于2020年7月10日达到节能标准，能源部正在限制拟议规则制定的范围，以便方便地解决如何测试热气除霜装置冷却器。

Notice of proposed rulemaking and request for comment.
The U.S. Department of Energy ("DOE") proposes to amend the test procedures for walk-in freezers to address an issue affecting hot gas defrost-equipped unit coolers ("hot gas defrost unit coolers"). DOE is proposing to amend the current test procedure regarding hot gas unit coolers consistent with an update to the industry standard that is incorporated by reference in the DOE test procedure for walk-in freezer refrigeration systems. Given the upcoming energy conservation standards compliance date of 10 July 2020, DOE is limiting the scope of this proposed rulemaking to expediently address how to test a hot gas defrost unit cooler.
