The enclosed draft implementing act and annexes contain the initiatives to lay down the administrative requirements for certificate templates, information documents, numbering
systems, test result sheets and the format of test reports necessary for granting EU and national type approvals under the framework Regulation (EU) 2018/858.
These amendments secure that the type-approval authorities use harmonised templates, markings and presentation of the most relevant test information when granting type-approvals under EU Regulation 2018/858.
